We welcome interested ministers who would want to study with us in Traditional Anglican clergy formation, an extension clergy training of the Anglican Province of America here in the Philippines.

Requirements:

Bible College or Seminary diploma(photo copy)
Transcript of records
Letter of intention
Letter of release from previous ministry and denomination.
Certificate or letter of sponsorship.

Our VISION:

The Anglican Theological Seminary seeks to prepare men for ministry in the Anglican Church in the Philippines (Traditional) Inc. Seminary education focuses on the Anglican faith and heritage, Sacraments, Biblical theology, Church Traditions and Orthodoxy as elaborated by the writings, life and faith of the early church fathers, the Book of Common Prayer and the 39 articles of Religion.

It is centered on equipping and educating the clergy in the Word of God as basis of faith and pursues to motivate them to proclaim the Gospel hence it is basically the training and evangelistic arm of the Anglican Church in the Philippines (Traditional) Inc.

Apostolic succession

Apostolic succession is transmitted in an episcopal consecration by the laying on of hands.

Apostolic succession is the doctrine in some Christian theology asserting that the chosen successors of the Twelve Apostles, from the first century to the present day, have the same authority, power, and responsibility as was conferred upon the apostles by Jesus.

Orthodox, Roman Catholic, and Anglican churches are the predominant proponents of this doctrine.^[1] To them, present-day bishops, as the successors of previous bishops, going back to the apostles, have power by this unbroken chain. This link with the apostles guarantees for them their authority in matters of faith, morals, and the valid administration of sacraments.

Married priest, Anglicans and seminarians who want to undergo the training are required to submit the following:

- Required to undergo a time of discernment before

applying.

- Original Copy of the following are required for applicants:

- If ordained, ordination certificates

- Dismissory letter from previous religious affiliation or superior (original), No letter, No acceptance

- Birth and Baptismal certificates

- If Married, Marriage Certificate, photo with the family

- NBI clearance (Original)

- Transcript of Records (TOR) Original copy

- Training Certificates

- Medical and Psychological certificates

- Letter of acceptance and application for training

- Recommendation letter

- Benefactors and sponsors are required for Aspirants and applicants to help then with their personal needs.
